We understand that managing networks can be a daunting task. Without current knowledge of your system's status, it would be difficult, if not impossible to proactively manage your network.
First and foremost, we will conduct a network Assessment that will lead to a 3 to 5 year management plan that is designed to deliver the highest level of readiness and proficiencies from your information systems. All while keeping the costs within budget.
Network Assessment
Therefore it is of the utmost importance that all aspects of your current network are first reviewed and accounted for, in order to understand what strengths and weaknesses currently exist. Some of the areas that will be assessed are:
| :: Business Model and Goals |
:: Network Switches |
| :: Network Infrastructure |
:: Printers |
| :: Critical Equipment Location |
:: OS & Application Licensing |
| :: Site inspection |
:: Current Backup Solution |
| :: Servers & Workstations |
:: Internet Speed & Reliance |
| :: Physical Wiring |
:: Internal & External Security |
|
:: Firewall & VPN Configuration
|
:: Current DR/BCP Plan |
| :: Router Configuration |
:: Key Personnel and Responsibilities |
| :: Remote Sites and Mobile Users |
:: Authorized User & Vendor lists |
Report and Review
We will then report to you all outstanding issues and concerns that may need to be addressed prior to the implementation of our managed services plan.
Prepare the Managed Services Plan (MSP) SLA
Once all items of concern have been properly addressed, we will prepare a tiered managed services SLA that best fits your organization's IT needs (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Review and Agree to the Proposed MSP SLA
Once agreed to, we will begin the implementation of our managed services and the training of your staff on proper procedures in communicating and working with our staff.
Continued Services and Reporting to the Customer
Your Account Manager (AM) will ensure that you remain satisfied with our services, through ongoing communications, system reviews, and scheduled meetings throughout the year to discuss your current and future needs.
