The dedicated vCIO is wholly responsible for the delivery of all services tied to or relating to the MSP program. The vCIO monitors the Help-Desk team. They are equally responsible for mapping out 1, 3 and 5 years technology plans, quarterly and yearly budgeting based on business needs, ROI assessments, and applying a business case, or understanding, to technology requirements – ensuring IT decisions support the business objectives.

Courtesy Computers level-2 engineers are a dedicated resource whose primary focus is the delivery of proactive services and the delivery of technology solutions in line with the needs of the business being serviced. This includes, but is not limited to design desk services, procurement strategies, and project implementation.
