Tim Woodcock President/CEO (Sales) twoodcock@courtesycomputers.com Tim Woodcock is the founder and CEO of Courtesy Computers, Incorporated. With a rich computer background since 1973, he holds several certifications and a degree in Computer Science.
After successfully serving a 7 year tour in the U.S. Naval Submarine Service, with two years as instructor for the Polaris Nuclear Missile Guidance System, he worked for the insurance agency management software company AMS from 1982-86 as their IT field service engineer, supporting the IT needs of insurance agencies in Florida, and the Caribbean.
He founded Courtesy Computers in 1986, after recognizing the need for qualified IT specialists dedicated to the automation needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). His company has been a Trusted Advisor to Insurance Agencies for many years, and works very close with the agency management software vendors.
His company provides IT consulting, network management, and online data backup services for businesses throughout the United States, with an intense focus on their security and disaster recovery needs.
With a rich background of over 30 years of IT and business experience, Tim has a keen understanding of the IT workforce and the issues that drive performance, strengthen business relationships, and retain and attract talented employees.
Tim is actively involved with the national IIABA’s Agent's Council for Technology committee, ACORD’s AUGIE committee, Florida Association of Insurance Agents, as well as other local, state and national users groups and associations. He continues to promote ‘IT Best Practices’ within the insurance and the SMB commercial markets.

Larry is the Senior V.P. and C.T.O of Courtesy Computers Inc. with over 30 years’ experience in troubleshooting and consulting on network, infrastructure design and support solutions. He has earned multiple software and hardware certifications including Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Sun Virtual Box and Linux. He has been actively working with agency management software and consulting Insurance agencies systems during his tenure with Courtesy Computers, Inc.
Larry started as a copier and fax sales rep in California and quickly worked his way into the computer IT consulting and management field. Larry joined Courtesy in 1995, as a field service technician and based on his excellent troubleshooting and management skills, was quickly promoted to service manager. Since then, Larry has continued to offer proven solutions to the industry with excellent support and troubleshooting skills to keep our clients up and running.
Since 1986, CCI has worked very close with agencies, nationwide, who utilize agency management software and various third party rating programs. Larry has been involved with the Agency Management Vendors on several occasions to offer solutions and assistance wherever possible. Being a Systems Integrator and Solutions Provider, Larry actively participates in Agency Users’ Groups on the local and national levels, and works directly with these vendors to offer our client base the best solutions possible. As an experienced IT consultant for Courtesy Computers, Larry supports many Independent Insurance Agency’s Information Technology needs, throughout the United States.
Larry has presented many security and best practices seminars for national conferences and was part of the initial Applied systems Winframe 1.6 implementation. Trained in Sagitta by the AMS experts, Larry has many diverse software platforms that are second nature. Larry has attended many of the industry best practices seminars to keep ahead of the demanding leading edge of technology.
Larry enjoys providing “Leading Edge” solutions to the Insurance Industry and meets challenges head on.

Carlos F. Quinones is the Director of IT services for Courtesy Computers, Inc. He holds a degree from MTC (SC) and is a Certified CIO by the University of South Carolina. Originally from St. Croix U.S.V.I, Carlos has been married for 30 years with one child presently CCNA/VoIP Engineer with local IT company. Prior to coming on board with Courtesy Computers, Carlos was the Director of Engineering for a IT firm based in Alexandria, VA that predominantly supported Federal agencies from the NAS – DoD. With 25 years of IT experience Carlos concentrates on IT Operations and Customer relations within the Organization.

Sheri Mock CFO, Head of Accounting smock@courtesycomputers.com Sheri Mock is the CFO and Head of the accounting department for Courtesy Computers, and has been with Courtesy for over 13 years. With 4 years of experience in accounting with the Brown and Brown Insurance agency, Sheri jumped into the computer business with both feet. Initially working in the Shipping/Receiving Department, Sheri quickly moved up in the company. Upon completing her A+ Certification, Sheri was elevated to Production Manager, in charge of Courtesy’s OEM computer products division, where she oversaw all aspects pertaining to the design and production of Courtesy's Signature Workstations and Servers. For the past 5 years, Sheri continues to serve Courtesy Computers as their CFO. Her knowledge of computers and specifically, Courtesy's products and services, in tandem with her problem solving skills, and attention to detail; enable her to quickly, confidently, and politely answer any questions our customers may bring to her. Her's is one of the pleasant voices at the other end of the phone our customer's are accustomed to hearing.
During her hours away from Courtesy, her interests are as varied as her talents. She is a bowler and a marksman, and also pursues an interest in videography/photography on the weekends.

Erick Hernandez vCIO ehernandez@courtesycomputers.com Erick Hernandez joined the Courtesy Computer team earlier this year as the new vCIO. With over 10 years of IT experience, Mr. Hernandez has held many positions in the IT business. From early on in his career as a Network Engineer, serving many of the top industries in the South Florida area, to becoming an IT Director and Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Hernandez has a true understanding of the needs of Courtesy Computer’s clientele base. After attending Florida International University, Mr. Hernandez has engaged and worked on many projects that have added not only a business advantage for many of the top businesses and public institutions in South Florida, but also a cost effective solution for the growing trend in IT. His work with top CPA and Law Firms, has given him the competitive edge every customer seeks in the ever changing realm of Information Technology. From VoIP deployments to full migration of in premise to cloud migrations, Mr. Hernandez has truly been involved in “full circle” operations from concept to implementation. His vast knowledge in IT knowledge and complete understanding of business ideologies have allowed him to create symbiotic relationships in order to allow growing companies to utilize IT to help support the bottom line of different organizations in the South Florida area.
Not only does he have the knowledge and experience, the leadership skills he possesses has allowed him to help the South Florida community as well. As a High School lacrosse coach, he has helped in the shaping of his alma mater, Christopher Columbus High School, lacrosse program which has led to multiple championships since his tenure has head coach. Richard Fuster Network Engineer rfuster@courtesycomputers.com Richard Fuster, has been an IT Consultant for Courtesy Computers for the past 2 years. He currently holds an MCSE Certification along with platform specific certifications such as Astaro Certified Engineer. Richard has 15 years of hands-on experience in the IT field.
He also has knowledge in the customer service industry, working 4 years as a customer service auditor for Gateway Computers. His IT experience and customer service experience together give him a vast understanding of his customers and their IT needs. |

Hugh Clarke Network Engineer hclarke@courtesycomputers.com Hugh attended Broward Community College, and holds several degrees in Aviation, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. During his 5 years of employment with Safe House System, Hugh began as a System Engineer, and was quickly promoted to lead engineer. By his 3rd year, Hugh was promoted to supervisor of the company.

William Classen Network Engineer wclassen@courtesycomputers.com William (Willie) Classen is a Senior Network Engineer and IT consultant with over 20 years experience, in troubleshooting, Designing, and securing networks. He currently possesses multiple Microsoft certification MCP, MCSA,MCSE and Astaro Ace. Prior to becoming a full time Network Engineer, Willie started as an Accounting clerk in New York City, and then promoted to the IT manager for the company.
Prior to joining Courtesy Computers, William held Network administrator positions in fortune 500 companies with server count over 200 and workstation count in the 1000’s. Even though William has successfully completed many IT courses covering Microsoft, Cisco, Security, Firewalls, Virtualization most of his expertise came from hands on training.

Merlin Ortiz Network Technician mortiz@courtesycomputers.com Merlin has been an IT engineer/consultant for Courtesy Computers since early 2009, after spending seven years working with Watson Pharmaceuticals as their network Administrator and Technical Support Engineer. Currently he holds both MCP and MCTS certifications,with 10 years of technical service experience . Merlin is a graduate of Metropolitan Technical Institute in Fairfield NJ, with certificates in computer networking and CNA in Novell. One of Merlin’s biggest passions is traveling to exotic and new places, and trying different foods. He is currently pursuing his MCITP certification. |

Sam is majoring in B.S. for Information Technology in Network Design and Management and is pursuing his MCTIP Enterprise Administrator Certification from Microsoft, along with other various CIW and CompTIA recognized certifications. He currently holds an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 Foundation (international standard for best practices in IT Service Management) and CIW Web Foundations Associate Certification for Internet business, site development and data/networking technologies. Sam has been in IT for over 5 years and has worked for emerging businesses together with many Fortune 500 corporations. Danny Thodde Network Technician dthodde@courtesycomputers.com Danny is a field Engineer that graduated with an Electronic Engineer degree from Tampa Technical Institute in 1980. He was hired by Computer Dealer in Miami where he lead their technical department for the company. Danny also worked for several other Computer dealers where he acquired additional certifications including. IBM, Apple, HP, Novell, Okidata to name a few.
Danny joined the Courtesy Computers team in 1996, where he managed the entire OEM production department QoS team. After Courtesy Computers retired their OEM department and partnered with Dell for Computer Products, Danny became a Field Service Engineer. Danny has been a vital member of Courtesy Computers MSP and Professional Services Teams for the past 8 years, assisting customers with a wide range of computer Issues and large projects.
Danny is a team player and is always ready to take on tasks anywhere at any time (nation-wide).

Michael Rosa has an associates degree in computer science from Buck County Community college in Newtown, PA and also is certified as a registered “Information Technology Technician” graduating from Lockheed Martin (IS&GS) Integrated System Solutions, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the School District of Philadelphia first nations Information Technology (IT) Apprenticeship program. After graduating the program Mr. Rosa has SCI Security Government Clearances and worked for 7 years as an Engineer Aide on Classified Government contracted programs with Lockheed Martin. Michael has more than 8 years of hands on IT experience that include network trouble shooting, help desk support, engineering , Data Center management , and much more.
Michael is pursuing his Bachelors Degree in Network Engineering from Broward College and currently working on his CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associates Certification.
