Courtesy Care Block Time Plan (BTP)

 

In today's economy controlling costs is essential for all business. Courtesy Computers offers a flexible way to handle costs for a changing network environment. The Block Time Plan provides a cost effective solution vs. time and materials service rates. 

 

We understand that our customers have a variety of projects that need to be addressed. Budgets can be determined ahead of time and costs can be controlled through the use of block time agreements. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional computer services, no matter what your service needs might be.

 

The Block Time Plan is ‘pre-paid’ labor hours that are offered at a reduced rate based on the needs of the customer. This labor remains in inventory to be applied as needed. Service requests can be scheduled in advance to coordinate with your company’s service needs.

 

Advantages

 

Unlike typical support contracts, the Block Time Plan can be applied toward a wide variety of services over an unspecified period of time. There is no "use it or lose it" deadline, nor are there any terms that limit its use to certain types of services. All of the services provided by Courtesy Computers can be billed against the Block of Time. If more time is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block of Time can be purchased at the same discounted rate.

 

By pre-purchasing a block of time, the customer receives priority scheduling of a CourtesyCare engineer for remote and on-site services, including;

 

  • Network management and problem solving

  • Installation and configuration of software and hardware

  • Network administration training

  • Telephone Support

  • Remote Diagnostics

  • Network security audits

  • Reduced flat rate travel charge

  • Network consulting

  • Any other professional services that we offer.

 

Time is accurately tracked for each use of the Block Time Plan, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time used, and the time remaining under the current contract.

 

A Block Time Plan account is a good fit for those services that may not be covered by your chosen MSP plan

Pre-Paid Block Time Rate (minimum 25 hours)

 

The hourly rate of $90 per hour applies to normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

 

Activities before 8:30 AM and after 5:00 PM, weekdays, will be billed at 1.5 hours per hour worked. Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays will also be billed at 1.5 hours per hour worked. All work performed on holidays will be billed at 2 hours per hour worked. Each on-site service call will be assessed 0.5 hours of standard rate for trip charge.

 

note: Further discounted Block Time rates are associated with particular MSP Plans.

 

 

Time and Materials (TM) Services

 

Time and materials labor rates apply to all customers not currently under any of the above Courtesy Care service plans. Payment for services are required at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been agreed to by CCI accounting, prior to rendering the services.

Note: (there is a minimum 15 minute charge for remote services. all remote labor will be billed per minute there after)

 

 

Note: Unless otherwise agreed to by CCI accounting, all materials must be ‘pre-paid’ for and agreed to by CCI, prior to delivery. A formal CCI quote must be submitted to the customer, signed by them, and returned to CCI before the materials can be ordered. Arrangements for payment of materials will be agreed to by CCI accounting and the customer.

 

 

 

 

Sentinel Service Plan (SSP)  24x7 Assurance Program 

 

SSP offers businesses the piece of mind of knowing that technical assistance and consulting is available to them 24 x 7 x 365. SSP is for businesses with critical IT systems that demand 24 x 7 x 365 uptime.

 

SSP significantly helps control the cost of unnecessary "IT Over-Staffing". Note: A MSP or BTP plan is required in order to utilize the SSP. Note: all services rendered will be charged at the appropriate MSP or BTP rates.
