Courtesy Computers, Inc. celebrates their 20th anniversary, by strengthening their Customer Care Support Services through strategic investments in key personnel.

DAVIEFL - Courtesy Computers, Inc. announced today that effective immediately Carlos Quinones has been promoted to the lead role of Director of Account Management.  Keith Frazier will assume Carlos's former role of Service Manager.

Keith Frazier, formerly of SAIC in Alexandria, VA, comes onboard with over twenty six years of progressive experience in operations management and strategic planning. Keith's professional development in IT operations and business modeling for small, medium and enterprise businesses, as well as the federal government is an asset to Courtesy Computer's business model.

“I will continue to build upon the work Mr. Quinones started”, said Frazier, noting that this was not so much a change as much as an evolution in the type of services Courtesy Computers is moving towards. Courtesy Computers provides IT consulting, network management, on-line data backup services, as well as IT security and disaster recovery planning for the insurance industry and SMBs.

For his part, Mr. Quinones is excited by the change “Innovation is at the heart of what Courtesy Computers is.  That’s exactly what we’re doing here.” 

 Tim Woodcock, CEO and Owner of Courtesy Computers was quoted as saying “It (the transition) was a natural fit.  Given Carlos’s 18-month as service manager and the amount of interactions he has with our clients, he would be the perfect choice for developing this service.”  Mr. Woodcock then added about Keith Frazier taking over the Service Manager position, “I have great confidence in his abilities, his knowledge, and his demeanor with our customers.”
