Courtesy Computers, Inc. announces the publishing of a case study made in conjunction with Microsoft,  as to best practices study in managed IT services.  Microsoft, Inc. chose Courtesy Computers as a leader of the MSP community to create their case study, including a video shoot of our daily MSP operations at our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This is their final cut.
